Hello Ann Sweet Co lovers!

My name is Ann, I'm a Nurse by profession, but currently working as an assistant Pastry Chef in one of the best cruise line in the world, and at the same time, the Pastry Chef and Cake Artist of Ann Sweet Co.

My love in baking started when I was a kid, I was aspiring of learning how to bake, to create stunning, award-winning, and scrumptious cakes/pastries from scratch. 

I'm so blessed to be given a chance turning this dream into reality. 

To further my knowledge, I took Bread and Pastry Production course from one of the TESDA accredited Training center in Pasig City. I went through the National Assessment and became competent to hold the National Certification II.

I also took Food and Beverage Services course, and now holding National Certification II and III. The knowledge and skills on how food and drinks are prepared, and served to the customers is very helpful, as we're leveling-up our business, expand to catering dessert buffet, and Party plans.

Moreover, I'm also a holder of Trainer's Methodology 1. Thus, competent to teach the qualification for Bread and Pastry Production NC II.
